Grand Vue at Interlocken at Century Communities

Unsatisfactory & Significantly below expectations Overall Satisfaction: I was always misinformed and when I expressed concern then it was always my fault. My daughter's university in Boulder was starting on January 5th and she needed to move in ASAP. But only to find out that the place will not be ready for another couple of weeks. Sales Experience: A pattern of misrepresentation and inconsistent statements from the sales representatives. Each time I was told that my concern would be escalated to the manager and that I would receive an update, no follow‑up ever occurred. When I requested a status update, I was instead told that the delay was my fault!

I bought my townhouse a few months ago! It was absolutely great experience working with Annette Schavietello! She was very nice and very professional and handled all my questions and requests regarding the purchase in a timely manner! Great sales person to work with! FIVE STAR! 👍👏🌟 To add to this, the place is awesome, the surroundings are beautiful, the view is spectacular especially at the sunset, and I think it is going to be a great community to live in! Positive vibes!!! ❤️

Really enjoyable experience! I met Annette Schavietello and from the very start she made me feel super welcome. Annette helped me tour the home, worked hand-in-hand with my agent on the buying process, helped keep me informed of all the steps - from working with loan officers to the final walkthrough and even offered to help with items that needed to be addressed during move-in. I have had a five-star experience with Century Grand Vue at Interlocken. Annette in the sales department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and answered all of my questions. The builder incentives are fantastic and they have a large team of caring professionals all working together to make it happen! The campus has a gorgeous view of the mountains, and the HOA fee is low. On the post-sale side, the construction super is helpful and attentive, making sure any loose ends are taken care of. I'm very happy with my purchase.
