I don't think I could say nicer things about this place. Lived here for my first 2 years here in CO, before getting a house, and felt that it was everything advertised, and then some. If I had a 'worst' part, it was that the 3rd party rent pay app changed a couple times, but was given lots of notice, and was a minor inconvenience. The pool, spa, gym area, and general facilities, from landscaping, to snow shoveling and salting, were all timely, and professional, with very responsive maintenance. The layouts are unique, and modern, and absolutely loved my home there for 2 years. A warm thanks to Michael, Shannon, Chris, and Keidan for helping me feel at home.
I first want to say that I really enjoyed living at Grandview. The location of the apartment complex is excellent, and Louisville is very safe. I would have loved to stay, but unfortunately, there weren’t any 2b2b options available for us at the time. I understand that everyone’s experience at Grandview may be different, but mine was truly positive. I’ve lived in other complexes with awful fees and poor management, and Grandview’s management was by far superior to my previous experiences. They even do community events during Christmas and summer. That said, I do have some concerns about the new Greystar partnership. The main reason I didn’t give the complex a higher rating is due to the size of the 1b1b units. They feel small for the price. I also didn’t like that the in-unit dryers vent
I lived at Grand View at Flatirons for over three years, and it genuinely felt like home. Moving in just before the Marshall Fire forged a special connection with the place and the wider community. The management team is wonderful—Michael and Shannon were always friendly and helpful—and Cris and Keidan (the maintenance team) were reliable and responsive whenever I needed assistance. I always felt safe here, loved walking my dogs around the neighborhood and nearby parks, and really appreciated the bark park where my dogs got to socialize with our four-legged neighbors. The location is also great, with a nice mix of shopping options and beautiful nature close by. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run place to live.
Mice infestation!! Couldn’t break my lease without being penalized. Mice issues has been going on for years according to maintenance but they didn’t mention it when I signed the lease. Apartment is very very old, thin windows gets really cold in the winter. The floors are concrete with laminate flooring on top. Neighbors call the cops over noise when I was dog sitting and when I would have family over. Management was good up until the mice issues in the winter.
After living there for almost 9 yrs our lease was not renewed. Ever since the new manager Shannon took over things went downhill fast. She cancelled ALL holiday activities. No more decoration contests, no Easter egg hunts, Halloween or Christmas parties for the kids. Maintenance: poor response for flooding caused from upstairs neighbor, he broke his bathtub. The a/c froze up causing flooding. Didn't put the washing machine in right or the dishwasher causing even more flooding. They expect us to pay for the damage that was caused. She in forces some rules on some people while not on others. This is supposed to be a drug free complex. It even states on your lease pot smoking is not allowed on the property or in the units. We had 4 different people who moved in after us that would sit on thei
