Grand property management dumped us over text 8 minutes before end of business day. It seems like we have a better property management company now but what happened to our entire rent payment for March? Per usual Grand is not responding to my questions. If they knew they were going to dump us why did they post the March rent in their portal? I called and Alesha told me it wasn't "her situation" and she didn't know what would happen to my rent. I think their front desk woman, Alesha is a great representation of what you can expect from this company. Their standards are so low that they are ok with someone like Alesha being their main point of contact for all of their renters. Terrible business practices. Only moved into this house 2 weeks ago and this company, after failing to complete multiple maintenance issues and flat out ignoring our messages for days, waits until 8 minutes before they close last night to inform us via text that effective this morning they are no longer our property managers and to remit our rent for the month to a new company…. after we’ve already paid them. I know housing is difficult and options are limited, but avoid this company like the plague if you can.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCUMS!!! They refuse to fix sewage issues on the apartments in reedsport on frontage road, which has resulted in raw sewage over flowing outside my sisters house more than 10 time in the past few years. They have left it for weeks and this time they are refusing to answer her calls or call her back to clean it up. There’s literal feces all over her porch, door, kids toys, her cars, everything! They can’t even walk out the front door. This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS and they refuse to fix the issue and are still raising her rent every chance they get. These are not false accusations we do have photo and video evidence of every time it’s happened!

I encountered serious issues with this company. The listing photos did not match the actual apartment I was shown; the images appeared to be from a completely different property over 100 miles away. When I toured the unit, the bathroom fixtures were noticeably different from the photos (for example, the toilet and bathtub were old and yellowed, whereas the listing showed them clean and white). When I pointed out these differences during the tour, the person showing the unit Loren dismissed my concerns instead of acknowledging the discrepancy. I did not feel that my questions were taken seriously or addressed in a straightforward way. Update May 11, 2020: Requested maintenance for fridge door. Complete Appliance came out and within a few days the door was fixed and now closes properly. No fuss. Update Dec 23, 2019: Requested maintenance for no hot water. Chris responded literally no more than five minutes after I put in the request even though the office had already closed for the holiday. I will never be more grateful to this human who came over in the evening to replace parts so I could have hot water for Christmas. Working like a dream.
