I’ve lived at Granada for a long time and I couldn’t ask for better management or maintenance. They always fix any issues in a timely manner and they follow up to make sure any issues are fixed. Neighbors are friendly and the location is convenient.

Granada is a great place to live. Family oriented and very spacious, many different opinions about Granada; however to know the truth something you must experience it for yourself and clear up bad talk.

Great customer service.....The management team(Mrs.Kim) is very good....Well maintained and the neighbors are friendly... Location is convenient to most major places in Dothan....Check Granada out folks!😎

I haven't lived here and I doubt I ever will. I took mine and my roommate's applications in with our money orders. The leasing lady told me we were missing a few things and that she would hold our applications and our money orders until we got everything in. We decided not to go through with applying and asked for our money orders back. She lied and said she already submitted the applications to be processed but how is that possible if we still didn't have everything we needed for them to be processed in the first place? I called her, she never returned my calls and never returned our money orders of $60. I will be reporting her as soon as I get the owner's information.
