From the moment we applied in December, the Grace Park team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Heather leads with both clarity and compassion, and Dania is always warm and welcoming whenever we have questions. Josh and Eduardo from maintenance are prompt, respectful, and truly care about the residents — every request we’ve had has been handled efficiently and with a smile. It’s rare to find a property team that balances excellence with humanity and feels like family, but Grace Park does exactly that. We’re grateful to be part of this community. It’s so lovely here. After staying for more than 3 years, I can comfortably say that staying at Grace Park is the best decision I made for myself and my family. The leasing office and support staff are always so friendly and available. Every issue that I report are immediately being taken care. The best part of Grace Park is its strategic location and spacious rooms with high ceiling. The rents too are very economic compared to other neighborhood apartments. The addition of lifts to all the buildings adds a huge plus to Grace Park. I have always been recommending Grace Park to whoever have been moving to Morrisville or asking for recommendations. Best place for least car dependent.

We performed a large paving project at Grace Park and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Heather and her team. Heather is organized, helpful, friendly, and coordinated a complicated project that impacted residents, tenants and the public seamlessly and with a smile on her face. Erika always went above and beyond and was a friendly face in the leasing office. She would even come out to check on our guys and gave them water on brutally hot days! And Michael was a dream maintenance coordinator. He was always early and not only responsive, but eager to help. Grace Park is a wonderful community and the people who work there are clearly the reason why!

Everything has been going well. It's a secure environment with a vibrant community. After nearly four years of living at Grace Park, I have not encountered any of the typical landlord, tenant, property, or safety problems that often arise in these rental situations, so they have consistently met my expectations. Coming from the bustling streets of NYC, my assessment here is as genuine as it gets. (We are very discerning in our reviews, relying on real, substantial experiences—no nonsense. Fluff is not in our nature!) My only concern is the lack of intercom service to ensure packages reach our apartment doors.

I have been living at grace park for a while now, when I moved here this place seemed decent enough for the price and convenience,but then they increased the rent drastically and the 1000 building has so many roaches roaming around and inside the building, the stairway are always so dirty, never cleaned and smell of food due to the restaurants below. They have been working on the elevator for this building from more than a year now and have blocked a huge amount of the parking space,I never get a parking spot in front of the my building, always have to park on the public parking in front of the gym or far away from my building. Not worth the price. I am stuck because of the lease else would have vacated this place long back. Also the leasing office never picks up calls if there are any iss
