Goshen Terrace Apartments

I lived at Goshen Terrace II for a year and had a great experience. My immediate neighbors were always respectful and never had any issues. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and fixed the first time around. Property was maintained well in terms of landscaping, etc. More recently, I was planning on moving back to Goshen Terrace and executed a lease and was planning my move-in. In the middle of this, I received a new job offer and wanted to move closer to my new workplace. Even though my lease was executed, Lauren/Teresa/Mike/Owen from the leasing office worked hard on their end and ultimately allowed us to disband our executed lease agreement without any penalties. It’s a great place to live, offering a clean and peaceful environment. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to call home. I highly recommend it, especially for the affordable pricing. Additionally, there are plenty of outlets nearby, and it’s conveniently located close to the main highway, making commuting and shopping very easy.

I always loved Goshen as this is the first place I stayed for more than 2 years in one place. The rent was decent, the neighborhood was very good, the office guys were so friendly and lots more to tell about. Let me list them out so that…. 1. Love the community and the beauty. Especially you should see during the fall . Omygod perfect place for photography. 2. Love the Trails and Coopersmith park which can be accessed through Goshen trails. 3. A very good silent peaceful community 4. Accessible and walkable to shops, stores and restaurants . nearby Eg. Shoprite”, Panera Bread, AppleBee’s, CVS, SSN office and lots more. 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love living at Goshen Terrace! It’s been a great experience from the start—quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is always clean and well-kept, which we really appreciate, especially in the summer. The location also gives it a more private and peaceful feel compared to other places we’ve lived. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the whole community feels safe and welcoming. I truly have no complaints. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for three years and love my apartment and the amenities . The staff has been great and accommodating. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they address it in a timely manner. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Goshen Terrace is definitely a very nice community to live in .
