If a no star rating was possible I would have listed it. It was an absolute nightmare applying to rent from this property management agency. They use outdated and inefficient processes to verify documents that have been turned in to them from County jobs and Government agencies. The desk clerk Bonnie had my elderly mother sit in her office for over an hour until her office phone died, on the phone with the Social Security Agency to verify an income that she's been receiving for 7 years, which she proved with SSA documents and bank statements. Our income combined far exceeded what was required for a renter to earn and we had no ill references or report against us. She basically took our $75, wasted our time, messed up another opportunity that we could've pursued, and caused us a lot of agon
