My 1st house in Georgia went through them I am so grateful that they let me rent came to Georgia with no family nor friends just myself kids and faith and must say the greatest landlord I ever experienced it was such a bitter moment leaving that house on rosedale it was perfect for me and my kids thank y’all so much because I really needed a place to stay at that time

I absolutely Love Jack, Laura and Jeff. I highly recommend good life. They’ve never given me a hard time with anything! Laura is very sweet. They’ve always responded promptly to my maintenance requests and emails. I really enjoyed renting from this company!

The rudest most unprofessional people to lease with. They never return phone calls or emails. We had a leaky roof since the tornado that never got fixed. We had called and complained countless times. They finally got back to us right before we were going to move out. The same goes with pest control as well. They will try to nickel and dime you any way they can when moving out, so watch your back and take lots of notes. If the South is known for its hospitality they do not qualify in any way shape or form. I would not recommend them for any type of business.

The people that work here are okay and pretend to be friendly at first but some of their property people do not take care of their property I've lived here for a few months now almost my lease out and they don't fix anything the property is always dirty they don't want to clean up and then when we clean up these nasty neighbors just throw the trash right back all over the ground
