Golfview Apartments

Jhonelle was amazing, she was incredibly helpful during my application and leasing process. She was very informative and kept in contact with me. After moving in Mario has been so kind and incredibly helpful, the few things that needed maintenance in my apartment he worked on them diligently. Am delighted to have Golfview as my new home.

If it’s been a while since you’ve looked into Golfview…look again! You’ll see that nearly every bad review on here predates the current management. Prior to moving to Golfview, I had the most horrific living experience of my life (thanks to Legacy Property Management and prior to that, L&L Investors/Room2Grow LLC). For 4 years, I had never-ending neighbor problems, maintenance problems, you name it. Nothing was ever truly fixed, emails were ignored. As soon as I applied to live at Golfview, I knew things were going to be different. Jhonelle was so kind and responsive. I spoke more to her in 2 weeks than to my landlord at the time in 4 years. Jhonelle was amazing. Very responsive, kind, informative and kept contact with me. She actually cared about getting me into an apartment in my short timeline I had to find a place. I am so excited to have Golfview as my new home!
