I’ve been living here for over five years and overall it’s been a good experience. I haven’t faced any major issues during my time here. Maintenance has always been friendly and quick to respond, and the new management genuinely seems to be making an effort to improve the community. These are older apartments, so there are a few minor quirks. For example, the heating system can sometimes make noise, but it’s never caused any real problems for me. Parking is ample, and having a 24/7 gym is a big plus. I also appreciate the communication from management. During snowstorms or any important updates, they consistently keep residents informed through text and email, which is very helpful. One small suggestion would be to put the mirrors back in the gym that were removed during renovation. Oth

I would give zero stars if i could. The lease stated we should not smoke on the premises. Therefore, my partner and i didn’t. Despite this, other neighbors would smoke on their residence and we would receive notices in OUR apartment about it. Stating that we should not smoke in the apartment, which we never have, or outside of, which we also never have. On our lease renewal, we saw that it states this is permitted when the lease is renewed. We had to call the cops on our neighbors multiple times as they would get into physical arguments frequently. We had to pay for amenities for three-five months without access to ANY of them. Gym was under renovation for majority of these months and it was winter so the pool was not open. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I was a resident here for about 3 years and have had nothing but problems. Management changed throughout the middle of my time here and it went down hill. When I moved into my apartment, the entire apartment smelled like cat urine and was told that it was not their job to do anything about it but yet in the lease agreement it was told that the management does pet cleanings but they clearly do not. I saw over numerous times that people were ripping up carpets in apartments for renovations but would not clean properly when residents move out with pets for new residents. My dog got attacked by another neighbor's dog, and was reported to management. My son just moved in to start college at West Chester and we are very happy so far. The Community is clean, safe and well managed. Gabrielle and Cameron have been Amazing! They are super helpful and caring, which makes the experience even better.

I’ve been in Golf Clubs for about two years and my girlfriend moved in last year. We are grateful to have great neighbors so our issues have been minimal. Some noise but it’s expected with apartments. Maintenance has been the best perk and they’ve helped fix many things immediately. They’ve fixed a stuck door, blinds, wacky faucet and it’s all happened timely. The complex had pest control come out Tuesday and I’ve had them stop over maybe twice since I’ve gotten here. I see one bug, pest controls held up my kitchen, I don’t see another for months. There’s always growing pains with new owners take over a property but I’ve felt pretty happy with all the changes. The office is always open to take a random question about when the gym opens or the hours at the pool. With them renovating the
