From what I see the lawn is very manicured,I love that you guys have a guard gate .I was there about two years ago ,I walked in a lady name Miss Avery,she she told me it was my lucky day 3/2 just became available she expressed that it had some issues that needed to be fixed ,which I didn’t mind , I was exited ,told my landlord I wouldn’t be staying I had a month to month lease ,all for me to get there with all my check stubs bank statements and info and miss Avery acting like we never had conversation ,this put me in a tuff spot .I ended up moving an hour away from my job,I revisited the property last year ,the front desk person was very hospitable and told me how to get notices through text.I haven’t heard back from anyone yet,I’m still hopeful .

I have lived here for a long time and it was excellent in the beginning before they started allowing people to have pets. I have complained about people allowing their dogs to poop in the grass in front of my door and not picking it up but of course people are ignoring management. Plus I use to do my walking in the complex but had to stop that because people not having their dogs on leashes (big dogs at that). And the neighbors over me, I swear they drag their furniture all over the place 24/7. The crazy part is every person that has moved in that particular apartment does the same thing. I don't even bother complaining anymore because it doesn't do any good. The only good thing about this place now is the rent, management and the fact they keep it looking nice. Let me say this. I was a crazy state in my life, I was searching a place to call my own. I met a women name Ms. Avery Gordon. She was so pleasant and so helpful. The move in process was super easy. I was so nervous and not all knowledge at all about renting and Ms. Gordon was patient with me through it all. You can tell she loves what she does. Needless to say, we lived there from 2015-2020. In 2020 we purchased our first home. Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through the process of renting. This was a great stepping stone to eventually owning our first home. Thank you Avery you ROCK. If your looking for place Golden Square is it. ASK FOR MS. GORDON

This is the worst managed property I’ve ever lived on. The Manager Avery Gordon has ignored my calls and emails for weeks. The district managers Sunny and Christina have ignored me as well. Or they have no knowledge of this situation. After 5 or more voicemails you’d think they’d reach out. Apparently I have a balance that needs to be paid and I haven’t received a receipt or information on how to pay it. Trust me you don’t want to live here because they are very bias. They only let you get an apartment if you pay them under the table , you’re family or family friends. And as soon as you don’t play by their rules they Get you out of apartment by any means necessary. My car was illegally towed here. They gossip about every resident in the leasing office . I’ve been a tenant at this apartment for about 10 years now. Recently moved a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. I can tell you it’s been my worst nightmares since I recently moved to the 3 bedroom. The kids upstairs are making noise consistently morning, evening, nights including overnights. I’ve reported the disturbance to the manager 3 times about it. she does not care nothing has been done about it. She never even check back with me to ask has it gotten any better. The last time I called the gentleman who answered the phone at the office stated that there was nothing they could do about it. That I have to dealt with it. Lately I’ve been looking for new place to live where the people are more professional where I can certainly have peace and quiet. Even my kids can’t focus with their online clas
