From the moment I first inquired about a lease to my daily interactions now, the staff has consistently gone above and beyond. I want to highlight how truly caring, responsive, and professional they are. Whenever I've had a question or maintenance request, I am always greeted with genuine concern and care, and It's the small, consistent acts of kindness like remembering residents names, quickly following up on an issue, or offering assistance without being asked, that makes all the difference. Lived here for years and I can honestly say the leasing office staff that we currently have Esperanza, Lisa, and Emily are great!, very professional , responsive , and helpful and ready to assist if they can .The maintenance guys are also great, and fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. This apartment community is a great place to live. I have had absolutely no problems at all living here . When I do express concerns about anything it's looked into right away . I am beyond frustrated with the unethical and irresponsible behavior of the leasing staff at Golden Sands Apartment Homes. It has now been well over 45 days and I still have not received my full deposit refund. This is not a minor oversight; it is a clear violation of California law. The leasing agent has been dismissive, unresponsive, and completely incapable of providing a straightforward explanation for the delay. Instead of taking accountability, they continue to stall, ignore communication, and hide behind excuses. The property manager Esperanza Canava and Emily Mendoza leasing assistant are not capable of managing a property! I have requested a refund on a deposit and still 45 + days later all I have received are excuses, no refund! They have gone as far as using aggressive email language to try to intimidate me to avoid paying my refund deposit! The company of this property is no better! Avoid Golden Sands apartment complex it’s not worth the trouble!

I didn't end up renting here but as an out of state person with no guidance where to rent I am posting this. I've also added floor plan photos and rent prices. The apartment and floor plans are great. One bedroom kitchen is too small but it was just me so I didn't mind. The rooms are large and spacious. The only pro was they were available. I had been looking online for 2-3 months and availability is a challenge in the area, so I didn't really have an option. But if I did have options within similar rent and budget I'd probably not rent here. All one bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bedroom downstairs.
