Golden Rain

Update: this place has really gone downhill many people should be evicted and are very dirty. I hear the waitlist is now over two years that's really ridiculous. I've taken away two stars for the developments over the last year... a friend of mine recently got a apartment here it's a very clean complex with plenty of parking the apartments are on the smaller size but are very well maintained her neighbors are friendly and helped us set up her place.

It's been a long time since I was at this location I meet someone there then we on together happy it's a memory on that property.

It's a great place when you are on Social Security or low income, but the Security isn't that great. These are Government Owned Apartments so that's why no Security Cameras.

The apartments don't have cameras to catch people stealing from the car's/trucks and vandalism is vary

I live in Victoria arms it privately owned but is supposed by the government
