The newest property manager is not very professional, she hung up on the phone 3 times calling us names. Called to try and get our back window fixed it was broken on the tracks and letting all the cool air in. That was sept 2025 now February 2026 we have not gotten a fixed window nor any form of update. Paying higher and higher in heating to try and keep up. Payment system isn’t working half the time so you pay extra every month. Very cheaply built and very poor customer service.

I lived in one of their houses for a little over a year and a half. Like stated in several other reviews, these homes were built cheap. The cabinet hinges fell off all the time, the flooring was not sealed properly so I constantly had issues with bugs in the house, the water heater would work most of the time, but when it didn't work, it took the property manager several days to get someone to look at it. That meant cold showers and water for several days, and a majority of the time, maintenance wouldn't even fix it. The water would warm up for a few days, then go back to cold. The "air conditioner" is a wall mounted unit that can only be used as a fan. These houses are not very big, but these air conditioners can't even cool down a room, let alone the entire house. So recently moving in and so far I haven’t had a single issue. I had some things I needed fix in the apartment/ town house before moving in and Will was so helpful! I did have a five star but I dropped it down to a 2. I have lived here for five weeks at this point and here are the negatives. The rent doesn’t include the trash services. They charge that separately. 64$ on top of 1350 and then some service agreement bill for like 10$. I was excited to move into these apartments at first, but a lot of things started unveiling resulting in my 2 star review. These apartments are cheaply built and I have noticed a lot of issues with the cabinets, doors, appliances, and so much more. The doors are hard to lock (I was told it was to help keep the inside warm/cold). However, there are always so many bugs. Before my neighbor moved when I first moved in, he gave me a bug spray to spray the perimeter of the rental because of how much bugs they experienced. During the rainy weather, a lot of worms make their way through. They also warned me that the apartments had had an issue with a peeping Tom and told me to get curtains up as soon as possible and to always keep them closed. Do not rent from here we took over a lease from somebody and they had left the property on pretty bad shape we cleaned up and fixed a lot of things. I let the property manager know about this and I stated again when we left about all the things that were bad. She told me not to worry about fixing anything else. Well come to find out we got charged for all the damages the previous tenant did. Over $1700 in fees for the damages and per damage when we didn’t even have pets there. Not to mention these rentals are tiny and not kept up on. Doors had huge gaps in them, which made the place drafty and caused our heating bill to climb up. These people are rude when you try to get anything done. Stay away at all costs I’d rather live in my car than live here.
