Goldelm at Charter Pointe

Hello everyone my name is Anthony I moved here with my girlfriend back in june we loved the studio loft layout its what sold us here honestly. The Landry machines suck use as your own risk. The leasing office does not care about your issues. I am halfway though my lease and they have new people in the leasing office every other month, and the maintenance team never follows up or fixes anything really I watched one of them electrocute themselves whole kitchen smelt like burnt skin and hair for the day. There are roaches everywhere i have the bug guy come every Friday no changes its disgusting there in the walls they are everywhere i see about 7 to 10 a day it drives me crazy I barely cook i dont live like a slob but they do nothing please keep your money and dont move here

Im a resident and I will say that finally today Sheila was so helpful in what I need. It’s been over a month since my dishwasher got 🔥 (I wasn’t even in the apartment when this happened)thanks God no damage to my belongings, however today after many attempts Sheila find a solution for this. Also Lenny is very helpful, fast and takes proud on what ever he does. Thank you so much team. great job.

management never follows up with work orders and participate in shady ways, dishwasher never worked/leaks, screen fell off after a simple wind storm: none were followed up on. the pool was closed due to HEALTH VIOLATIONS.. take you and your kids elsewhere, one of the buildings is being condemned from a fire due to their negligence with fire safety, a poor kid died…SAVE YOUR MONEY, good luck getting that security deposit back

Kristine and her crew makes this place all worth it with her Great customer service and work ethics pushing through any obstacles getting it done for the clients. If I could give her 10 stars, I would keep up the good work. We need more people like this.

Lived in this complex for a couple of years and constantly dealt with issues. Maintenance staff never repaired anything on the first go around. Office staff never followed up on issues, especially significant issues that occurred that impacted me staying in the apartment. Place consistently had mold and roaches and constantly needed to have pest control come to spray the apartment. I consistently had issues with my water heater and it was only replaced after it essentially caught on fire, even though an issue was reported to the office on multiple occasions where I didn't have hot water. Had to use the display apartment on multiple occasions due to not being able to use my bathroom or not having any hot water, which included me not being able to use my bathroom on Christmas and New Years d
