Shannon was amazing! She made it possible for my family and I to get into our home when everyone else said it wasn’t possible. Shannon isn’t your typical lender, she doesn’t care about just making a buck she cares about helping people out and getting them into a home they can call their own. Most recently Shannon completed a refi for me since the markets have showed lower rates. This again was a simple and awesome process, Shannon is a great communicator and even though she is extremely busy I never felt as though I was being ignored. Overall the new purchase and now refi process was amazing. I recommend everyone use Shannon at FBC mortgage here in Pahrump.

First of all I am a Las Vegas Realtor with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Universal..My experience with Shannon was not a good one. I have a client needing down payment assistance and Shannon was not receptive to talking on the phone about the procedures of getting a loan or taking the time to communicate with my clients. Finally after 3 days of poor communication with her she told me she was too busy to work with my clients. In response to the owners review: Shannon did make us aware of the RVDC application process being very slow to respond. My complaint with Shannon was that she didn't communicate this information to us so we could understand. I tried to get her on the phone for 3 days and got no response from her. Finally the last day she answered the phone and simply said

Pahrump Office is definition of Unprofessional and Incompetent! You will need to show up in person to have folks do their Job here. They have their priorities and it will not be you. You will receive texts messages stating as us from the Lender. They will give every kind of health excuse on why they have not done a process that needs to be done on their end. And if you own a business it’s even worse! If you get fed up with the Pahrump office you can contact the Las Vegas Office. However Las Vegas condones Pahrump’s demeanor! Save yourself the headache and go anywhere but FBC! Unless you like being treated poorly, unprofessional and like incompetence, then FBC mortgage is for you!
