There should be a rating greater than 5. Sheryl is not only knowledgeable and professional, she also has a great personality, a definite plus in working with people, not just property. Sheryl adds the fact that she knows the Pahrump area so well, and follows any trends. On a personal note, the great video she did showcasing my property was amazing. Sheryl has always gone above and beyond what was expected!! We have recommended her to friends in the past, and I would not think of using anyone else in Pahrump, for listing or purchasing a home.
