Freedom House has been using my company for a very short time, and in that time I’m dealing with Steven who seems to go above and beyond for the tenants. When my company is dispatched to one of his properties for service, he will always call at the end of the day. He wants to make sure everything was OK and that I’m able to get the parts to fix the job in a timely manner and if the meld system is okay. If the job needs approval From a homeowner, he seems to get that very fast as well. If you don't have perfect credit- they will deny you, basically giving you zero chance. I have never been evicted perfect rental history and stable income, but denied over my credit score due to unfortunate circumstances such as my health declining, however I still work and still have been faithful tenant. I would have been able to provide all my landlords as reference- I did everything they wanted, but all over credit. They wasted my time plus have unethical deposit fees in first place, took over weeks to complete application, plus didnt even ask for referral or reference just denied over credit that working on due to set back. They didn't explain truly their credit expectations- i guess the middle class once again gets screwed over by big corporations. Oh well I will find better place to
