These investors or whatever they are sold me a lemon. A home that was just painted pretty on the outside and completely ruined in the inside. The roof was old and falling apart. It rained and flooded my basement. I had to rebuild the pipes for the heaters to work. This is the worst to do business with. Watch out for these guys. Big time scammers. Don't buy from them or deal with Best in Realty real estate. Save yourself the stress!
