I contacted Alexcia M. White about a room for rent she posted on Facebook marketplace. There are a lot of scams and fake posts on there and she is one as well. When I asked about the room,she increases the rent by $100. Although the ad stated the rent at $950. She claimed the additional fees for the room is for electricity. So the rent is now $1050 I tell her she is a fraud and the ad is fake & she hung up on me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I worked with this realty because the realtor Michelle Brown seemed to care and knowledgeable. I later found out that she was a trainee and had never closed a deal. I didn’t let this turn me off but I gave her a chance as she seemed on point. We finally found a home after 3 months of making offers, viewing homes and placed an offer. I was advised to do the inspection without a contract and disagreed but they pressured and assured me this was standard industry practice. I paid for the inspection and after 3/4 day I still had not gotten the contract. After a few days I was made aware that i missed out on the contract and they accepted a cash offer. A week later the sellers realtor called me and said they would like to enter into contract with me as the last buyer fell
