Karen Clayton is an outstanding realtor and property manager. She has managed 2 rental properties for me for over 10 years in Aiken. If you are looking for an agent or a realtor she is one of the best I have ever worked with.

I have been in contact with Gold Ivy Realty for about 5 months now and I am very thankful for their services. My husband and I were looking to move into a house back in April/May. We came across one that we liked, toured it, but we did not get it due to some technical complications. I emailed Karen that if anything changes, please let us know. She responded very quickly and said that she would keep us up to date on anything. A few days later and she found us a rental where the tenants needed an early move out. We later moved in and have been living there since June. Karen was an amazing help then and has been an awesome landlord. Would like to start by saying I would 100% recommend Gold Ivy realty contacted them on a Monday morning among with a few other companies around the area and got a call the same day and had all of out info filled out and checked and moved in before the weekend. The other companies did not get back to me till Wednesday. Karen Clayton was on point with everything and got the ball rolling and was very helpful with any and all questions we had about the rental with great service and fast response times which made my life much easier.
