I’ve had ongoing maintenance issues that have taken far too long to resolve. I’ve been told multiple times that repairs would be completed, but nothing changes. Communication happens, but follow-through does not. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. This rental property feels like a rip-off and, at times, a scam. After rent is paid, tenants are consistently treated poorly. Maintenance issues go unresolved, basic repairs are delayed for days, weeks, and sometimes even months, and things continue to fall apart. Yet rent is still expected to be paid on time without exception. It is no surprise that there are no new owners this level of management is unacceptable. Very rude office staff! Very negative attitude! Can’t believe Mr. Marion can know how his office is being run. Anyone interested in joining a group to file housing discrimination complaint with the civil rights division please comment here in the reviews. People can’t be denied rental based off gender, race, family status or appearances. If an applicant is denied they need to be informed the reason.

I have been renting from them for 4 years and the past few months have been crazy the plumbing in the house sucks and they try to charge me for work and maintenance they should do…as well as since I have been there I have complained about a red clay looking substance coming out of my tub faucet since I have been there. And don’t be late paying rent you end up paying double your rent. The property manager Chelsea is rude. I don’t recommend

They rack up application fees with no intention on renting to you, everyone who works there is is rude or has the personality of a door knob

The receptionist was excellent she went all out to try and help me. I really appreciated all her help. I didn't get an apartment from them, but she helped a lot.
