I was robbed of my deposit because one set of blinds was ruined and the door frame had a gash in it from moving furniture in and out , That was likely done by a previous tenant and was just painted over was about 10 coats of paint. I was also charged $200 for a broken drawer in the refrigerator that was there when I moved in I just never complained about it. Also I was charged With a massive cleaning fee after I had the place professionally cleaned upon move out. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures to prove what I’m stating So I’m using my voice do not rent from these people Based off the ridiculous letter, I received as to why didn’t get my deposit back. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this.
