Hi Steve, I am extremely happy with our new radon mitigation system and the resulting lower radon levels. Prior to mitigation, our levels were about 3.6pCi/L (or higher?), post installation; the average is about 1.4pCi/L. Your Foreman/Lead Installer, Rick was a pleasure to work with and a consummate professional. Rick explained every aspect of the installation in a polite manner, performed the highest quality work, and the system is working perfectly! Having lower radon levels in our home gives us great peace of mind. Global Health has my highest recommendation, A+. This company is absolutely terrible, they installed what they called a “mediation system“ which was a small fan placed in the side of our house. 2 yrs later, radon levels were extremely high. We were promised it would be fixed, but never been given straight answers on when work would be completed. They are also now saying we will have to pay, when it wasn’t done properly. I have been told by two different companies this system is not correct nor up to EPA standards. ** The fan was set on high! .

After an Expensive radon remediation, radon level tests afterward were worse than before installation! Further addition of additional equipment still hasn’t solved the problem - but of course added $$ to this costly disaster. Look elsewhere for a competent contractor.

These people are a joke wouldn't even give us a invoice on what they had done to show to the buyers of a house we was selling super shady stay away from these ppl straight rip off

We received an estimate from Rick with radon global and accepted it same day. They scheduled us in quickly. On the day they were supposed to install the system they never showed up and stopped answering their phones which left us in a bind while trying to sell our home. Unreliable company. Would not recommend
