Glen Oaks Apartments

My sister was living in these apartments with her husband. You guys need to be more professional and organized. They had a contract for 6 months lease and she gave you guys ahead of time notice that they were moving out and didn’t want to renewed their contract. You guys never took their names and phones number or any paperwork to make sure she did let you guys know. Very bad customer service. Then they have a record saying they owned money for two weeks more because you guys didn’t put on your record that she gave a notice. If you guys are thinking of moving in these apartments be aware.

The Laundry Rooms are always dirty, washers are normally out of order. Whenever we go for laundry floor is dirty, lint mesh in the dryers is not cleaned. Mostly we have to call the company to check and fix it up. Today 11/26/2025, 3 washers out of 4 were not working, so had to call them and Task number was created. 2. The common lights which are supposed to be checked by maintenance staff is least bothered The lights on Dumpster's lights needs replacement. 3. The landscape team is just an eyewash. No maintenance of Grassy plots or No flower-beds Sprinklers are not working good. 4. The spray done by pest control people is just to mark attendance & I feel it to be in-effective. SUGGESTION:- Whenever dumpsters is replaced some disinfectant should be sprayed in the area to make it free from s

I left 3 months ago. If i can leave a negative —0 here i will. They over charge rent and utilities feel like a scam and robbery . I asked them about the issue they kept saying i will fix it with no explanation why i was being over charged. They need new management or need to be knowledgeable about their job negligence Specifically the Manager. I was being super over charged like if i was renting a 4 bedroom apartment in fremont. Things never got fixed so i was forced to leave.
