This place is a dump. Laura and Kendra will be nice initially to get your move in fees. Then their true colors will show. They will avoid your calls and start acting rude. I signed the application paperwork and paid the fee. The app had the apartment number and the rent amount on it. When she emailed me a lease close to the move in date I noticed the apt number changed and the rent was an increased amount. I reached out to Laura and kendra and they said the initial unit will not be ready on time. So I said I'm only willing to pay the amount that was in my budget what we agreed on. So they told me I would have to wait another month for my unit to be ready. They know im in Albany for work and having to pay hotel fees while waiting on my unit. Im not paying for a hotel a whole month again. Th

For many years living here its been chaotic until Ms. Bryant showed up. She's by the book and does everything in order. A lot of people lie on this lady! They mad cause they don't qualify or get evicted cause of their wrong doing and send in these nasty reviews. Come check out the property for yourself. Her leasing agent is always in the office. Maintenance is on site and they all doing they job. I am a forever resident because she made this place better and the people just hate! THERE IS NO MOLD! IF IT IS ITS CAUSE THE PEOPLE DIRTY. WHO FAULT IS THAT?

Glen Arms is horrible with a capital H. There was mold all in my bathroom and and a big hole in my utility room. There service was decent. However, I would not recommend this place to live. You are only paying for convenience not for quality.

i thought it would be a nice and convenient place being that it was right across from my school darton collage. WRONG glen arms has to be the nastiest roach infested place in albany. the landlord Tamara is horrible to deal with. at first she seems nice but become a tenant and the whole attitude changes if anything gets broken or is messed up dont count on it getting fixed for a week or two. I had a leak in my roof when i first moved in at the start of a six month lease and it was never fixed. the appliances look new but are always breaking down.my refrigeratior went out and lost all of my food and was not reimbursed One of the apartments next to mine had a dangerous black mold problem and when asked for a screening it was refused that has yet to be delt with. i moved into the apartments

I like how all the disgruntled people always have something nasty to say about such a place. You were probably evicted for not paying your rent or just didn't get something to go your way. I've had no issues with the place. I just moved to Albany and this is one of the more decent communities in the city. Teresa is an awesome landlord. I don't have any mold problems, and have yet to see a roach. People will say anything to discredit an organization just because theyre little cry babies. If you wanna complain, go live at Westwind Apts, seems like it would suit you the best since Rodaina Watson is so ratchet. SMH
