Moving into Gladstone Place was super easy! The leasing team made the whole process smooth and quick, and they were really helpful with every question I had. Management is great, super friendly, and always on top of things. Definitely recommend living here!

Since the new management company came in at the end of July, I have had 3 different maintenance requests. One of these requests was an urgent (not emergency) matter. I was impressed Daniel called within an hour on a Sunday to let me know the plan to get the issue resolved. The other 2 issues were addressed in under 24 hours. Mario is an amazingly wonderful and helpful person. Wanting to ensure that the proper fix was done to fully resolve the situation. The maintenance staff is first rate. I had an emergency situation (no heat in 14* weather) with the other company on a Saturday and didn’t hear from anyone u til Monday and then got it fixed 2 days later. Absolutely horrendous experience moving in here. Since before we moved in the stove wasn’t working. It took them 3 weeks exactly to get someone over to look at it. In the 2 weeks we’ve lived there weve discovered the dishwasher AND Washing machine do not work either. We were told when we were moving in by the girl who works up front that the maintenance people had told her the unit was ready but after speaking with the maintenance guy today that conversation didnt happen. He told the office the unit was NOT READY and they chose to move us in anyways (We paid $1800 prorated from the 17th) This is unacceptable and management needs to do way better

Warning: Do Not Move Here!!!! Very Negative Experience with New Management. After four years, my husband and I are not renewing our lease due to new management (the third in less than a year) and a drastic decline in service, communication, and tenant treatment. We initially loved Alisha and Madi; Alisha was proactive and improving things. However, she and the entire staff were abruptly replaced by "assist living services" with little notice. The new staff is rude, ignorant, and shows a profound disregard for tenants. After-takeover, a maintenance technician's ex-girlfriend confronted us, alleging he stole her car that was found by our unit and providing a police report, raising security concerns about staff having criminal records. Major basement flooding issues in other units have pe
