Marilyn Blackburn managed our property since 2011. She was the best property manager we could of asked for. I have no complaints with this company. They always took the initiative to get stuff done. If u want someone to take the stress away instead of managing your rentals hire this company Marilyn was Awesome!!!

She refuses to do her job, we're being harassed by our landlord and no matter how many times we demonstrate this to her, she keeps trying to offer us a new rental from her. It's absolutely delusional. These "people" will try to raise your rent without even having a conversation with you. Not the kind of representation I'd want for my rental properties either. Homeowner will end up losing money because of this. 🤷‍♂️
