Management is very racial. She is very hateful to most of the tenants. Threatens lease violations constantly on tenants. Does not like blacks she will go out of her way to get them evicted. Tells tenants how they should live and will talk to other tenants giving info about tenants that should not be discussed for example she will discuss who gets paid what to live in an apartment. Also about there medical problems. Does not like to do any upgrades to appliances.
