Great experience with GetRSold throughout the whole process for buying my darling “Little House Near the Sea” just 4 miles from beautiful Daytona Beach. Communication was prompt and thorough throughout. My Buyers’ Agent attended my Full Inspection, as I was 4 states away, and she was great at negotiating the repairs that were needed and, we had a flawless closing! The Owner-Broker, Chuck, was great too. Very personable. I will definitely recommend!

This agency is not upfront and honest about how it confection business. I have had potential buyers contact me to show the house because the agent did not respond to their calls. When I did get an offer and the buyer backed out, the broker kept the deposit and said it was part of their contract. NEVER AGAIN would I list with this agency. Be careful and read the fine print. Regular or fine print bottom line is my agent should be UPFRONT and open about everything. And I Do Not Lie

Kathy Gannon at GetRSold was amazing. She was always available, and took extra steps to allow us on the property while we where trying to make a decision. She was patient and understanding, and was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries. The whole experience was 5-stars!!!!! Thank you Kathy.

I can only speak about my dealings with this company. I went to the closing for a mobile home that I was under contract to close on that day.- and they presented me with a new contract demanding more money based on the agent's negligence. I told them 'not a chance " and they rolled over and agreed to the originally signed seller contract. If I were you - try to avoid them - Buyer beware The agent that represented the seller was a real weasel. In the negotiating stage of the purchase she claimed she was only getting a 200.00 commission.. On the closing statement it said 1,000.00. I felt sorry for the seller that had to pay misrepresented fees. The owner Golick seems like a class act- but he really needs to screen his agents more- to keep his business running smoothly and not have to
