This place is the worst, management don’t give a crap!!! The only way to get anything done is to call hud!!! The office magner Ms. Keys told me that their gonna come and paint, no they gonna come and take this wall down and fix the mold on the inside. Like I’m slow and don’t know any better

The property management does their Best. They are only here til 5 so they cannot babysit all of The tenants and the issues going on. The people aren't all bad. Your repairs aren't always fixed on time or within a week. However emergencies are treated quickly. It's a decent place to live. There is loitering in some hallways. The apartments are really spacious. Extermination comes out regularly. Just gotta do your part in keeping your unit clean. The downside.. there are several shootings but most times no injuries..weird I know. However They Do Work With People here by trying to make it livable and secure. And Security Does Come When you call and they do patrol all night.

So yall have a woman and a man who lives here who was on camera setting up a girl.. I believe the girl name is Shawanna Outlaw.. She spit on this girl baby and also try to grab her child out of the cat after brutally hitting her.. Shawanna and her baby father are both sending threats to the girl on Facebook. His Facebook name is Deorey Davis and her Facebook name is Minnie Dior.. this is a serious matter that you get these folks out and off of your property because he has been giving this exact address out to random people to come up and fight..

Allowed my roommate to remove me from lease with no reasonings and without my knowledge I and lost my move in fee. Basically said it was my loss. Super unprofessional management.
