They deserve ZERO ZERO ZERO stars! GCM is the worst company I have ever seen. They keep assessing violation fees without giving 10 days period to correct the violation. GCM does not care about the laws, governing documents answering emails or phone calls or being respectful and polite in general. I have no clue what they have done for the community except to collect the HOA fees.

They deserve ZERO stars! I emailed our manager, Ryan, on December 18 and have still not received a response from anyone at GCM! The previous manager, Amy, was even worse! They do not follow our covenants and By Laws and don’t guide our Board of Directors to do so either! The manager told our owners that a budget meeting is “not required” even though our By Laws have it clearly written. He allows the Board of Directors to choose which covenants and By Laws to follow and which to ignore. Georgia has laws to protect owners and By Laws are written to protect owners within a community. GCM does not care about the laws, governing documents, guiding a BODs, answering emails or phone calls in a timely manner or being respectful and polite in general. Find another management company!!

This management company was hired by my community mid 2025 and thus far all they do is aid the board members on issuing violations. In my opinion, they are not working hard enough to recover unpaid assessment fees from a high percentage of residents. I received a letter of them accusing me of leasing out my property without any proofs and at this point it’s either the board members have developed egos or and this management company is simply not effective.

We recently completed a very large Christmas lighting project with GCM. I must say that the project would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Tara and her team. We deal with a ton of management companies daily and this was by far one of the easiest companies to work with. Thank you Georgia Community Management and we look forward to future projects together!

These people, the only thing they do COLLECT MONEY and nit pick! You can never get a hold of them they NEVER call you back and the community is so dry for all the money we are paying they won't even invest in so much as a swing set for the community kids. They only pay to garden the sign in the front THATS IT! No efforts to enhance the community we literally have just a bare lot in the middle with NOTHING in it! i attached the photos. Meanwhile threatening to fine me cause my kids left bubbles in the front of MY YARD, Same time if I call about a vicious dog being loose Noone responds or cares. Definiton of PONZI SCHEME RIGHT HERE. And apparently based on reviews they've been getting away with it for years so they couldn't care less.
