Geneva Flats Apartments

Super affordable 1-bedroom apartment near Anschutz. The open layout makes the space feel bigger. Reserved parking is a big plus in the area! Also, Arty is a great man- always so helpful.

I lived at Geneva Flats a few months ago. I have to say I am a little confused by other reviews, so I wanted to add my experience here. I toured many apartments in the area before deciding to go with this complex, and I am happy with my choice. I needed a nice and affordable apartment to get out of debt, and thanks to moving there, it was possible. I am very grateful!! The apartment was large enough for my needs at the time and just 5 minutes away from my job. Arty would always address any maintenance requests quickly. Also, most of my neighbors were nice! I would recommend if you are in a similar situation!!

I lived here for 2 years. In that time span the washing and dryers were in filthy conditions or didn’t work. I had gotten bed bugs from my neighbors. I’ve heard rats in the walls. My AC unit died during the summer time. My car was scratched while parked there. Lots of dumpster divers and homeless. The move out process has also been a pain. I was charged for breaking my lease, which I hadn’t and had to demand my money back and now that I’ve got my security deposit back they took more than half of the $1000 for cleaning after I left, because of nit picky details that were left behind. Keep in mind the place is old and has a lot of natural wear. Do not recommend. The only good thing was the on site maintenance guy that always had our back. Thanks Arty!

The move in process was quick and easy my leasing agent Zach was a ton of help checking in on me and if I need any assistance up to my move in utilities are included and already set up for immediate use

Was not a big fan of these apartments, no windows to open, always humid in the apartment, top floor had recurring mold, over the top pricing for what you get, don't recommend!!
