Genesis Apartments

From mice, roaches, ants to mold, roof links, holes in walls that they make and don't fix poop always on the stairs and more things they won't fix but say they are. I move out because according to the lease it says if things are not fixed within 90 days of them trying to repair it, I have every right to break my lease while I've moved and I bump my own house and I get a letter in the mail that I owe 1770 after moving because I never paid off my lease read it word to word. They are shading and will steal your money no matter how much proof you have.

I have lived here for over 10 years and have seen three different owners. The current owners, unlike the previous owners, really care about the property and the tenants. They are remodeling ALL the apartments with beautiful floors and new appliances! They are cleaning up everything both inside and out! The maintenance staff is polite, competent, and quick! I've never waited more than a single day to have any problem solved! The office staff is similarly professional. They monitor quiet hours so you don't have to endure loud music all night, and they always are friendly and eager to solve any problems you may have, and indeed problems have been few because they are so positively proactive about keeping the property maintained and properly managed. Lived here for a year and a half now. Jonathan and the rest of the staff have been friendly, understanding and have fixed any issues in a timely manner.

I have had an awesome experience. I have lived here for a little over a year now. They listen to your concerns and take care of them. They also have a quick response to repairs and maintenance has been courteous and accurate. The office staff also does activities for the residents which is nice too.

This is a very nice place to live. Johnathan and Chelsea are very polite and professional. They have made my moving experience very simple and enjoyable, and who really likes to move, right. I would recommend Genesis apartments to anyone. Thank you for your help guys
