Kyle Tom - Coldwell Banker Lingle

I am very disappointed in Kyle's follow through on promises, that he's contractually obligated to, on a house my mom purchased in Hagerstown. I've called him a minimum of 5 times and I've received a different excuse every time. Kyle has never called me back. He's either had a different realtor or his assistant respond to me. No follow through and no integrity. I would never refer anyone to him. He appears to be more worried about commissions than he is taking care of customers. Seriously, how hard is it to call someone back and keep your word???

Kyle and his team are exceptional. Customer service second to none. We were new to town, Kyle and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and able to show us properties quickly. We even rented a loft apartment from Kyle while waiting to close, making for a great month to explore town and get acquainted with the area. Kyle was available for assistance without hesitation throughout the process, from the time we engaged through to move it and beyond. We would not hesitate to recommend Kyle for any real estate transaction be it buying or renting.

Hey very careing and will work anyone i have rentsame place for 2 years, they have always sent someone out instantly if I'm having trouble with something in my rental home, they have worked with me on my rent way more than enough times to count, Kyle Tom cares and Understands that when you have a Family sometimes times get tough, I have personally spoke with him and he is nothing but friendly and professional, so everyone that likes to bash his name is 100% wrong! Go rent from Kyle Tom. You won't regret it :)
