Generation Property Management

Upon putting in an application elsewhere that someone else did first and got it, generation property management helped us find another property for rent and the whole process was very easy and they were very helpful! They have been quick to respond to maintenance request and anything we need! They are very kind and fast at fixing any issues we have had! I would definitely recommend renting with them! This has been by far the BEST place we have been at because of the management!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Word of advice: DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM. I leased with them for 1 year and it was quite literally the worst decision I could have made. They are unapologetic in their random charges, and when you ask them what the additional charges are for, they will not discuss it. Their "24 hour maintenance" line is absolute fallacy. The first week that I moved in, there were plumbing problems, and the toilet was leaking urine and feces in my living room. Some of my furniture was damaged due to the sewer/plumbing problems, and their "maintenance" took an entire week to fix our problem. Additionally, because their construction and paint were cheaply done, water began leaking through my window (when it rained) and it ruined the paint on my windowsill. To rep

Generation Properties makes the process of everything involving moving a absolute ease. Communication is great , being able to view properties are no hassle & they walk u through everything !!! Ms. Joanne & Sahara were great with the whole process. Maintenance is awesome , if there are any problems after moving in they are taken care of immediately. I absolutely recommend Generation Properties !!

I do not recommend leasing with this company, at all. We have been in predicaments, where I’ve needed someone to come check on things/repairs immediately, or as soon as possible. However, I do not even get a response back from this company for at least 30 days. We currently have no power in our apartment complex (Utilities are included here), and I cannot even speak with someone. Do not rent from this company!

Pictures pictures pictures..... (They do not help)......The security deposit don't expect it back or very little.. Rented a 1 bedroom moved out under a year.... Charged for paint $ 250.00 and $350.00 for "cleaning". Non smoker no pets no plants and we cleaned before we departed.... For $350.00 I'm certain the next tenant should be able to eat off the floors ... Positive note great place but the floors and walls are paper thin so be cautious of walking because your neighbors will report you and then the "warning letters" sent out of the blue.
