Shellien Gilliland is a remarkable person and an outstanding real estate agent. We are not from the Twin Falls area and were helping my son (also not from the area) find a home. They had a wish list and a strict budget and short time frame. Shellien was up to the challenge. She was excellent with communicattion between all parties, she knew what to do and who to talk to and gave solid suggestions and answers to our questions. After the house was bought, we also appreciated that Shellien could refer people in the area that we could hire for projects we needed done. We enjoyed our time with her as we looked at homes. What a great person. Bottom line: Shellien is the agent you want with you when buying homes in Magic Valley. Definitely!
