These people are awful. A family member found a house with them paid the application fee and was waiting on housing to complete the inspection. Then a week later my family member receives an email not even the courtesy of a phone call that they allowed someone else to get the home. When my family member emailed Dena Lucy back she didn't even respond. When dealing with housing I'm sure they know it's not immediate that they get out and inspect the homes so the companies that are legit give the housing time to inspect the homes. They did not inform my family member that this would not take the house off the market or she would need to pay the deposit to take it off the market until inspection was done. My family member called and reiterated the same things I'm saying as she was not informed

Worse place To have rental experience with you can be well credited for a place and they will still go for someone with more money!!! I was told today someone paid a security deposit already , but I was told days ago I was the first person to apply for the home They just kept saying the inspection department from housing didn’t reach them, but she actually did they just didn’t respond back because someone bought them money !!!!! They lied And took my deposit fee after I began Packing already 😔‼️so unprofessional

I rented with them for 4 years, overtime the customer service has become more professional. Making a rent payment in-person is simple and easy and you can pay with a credit card. The home I rented was 90 years old so changing the air filters was a monthly expense. Also, had to purchase a dehumidier and humidifier to assist during the summer and winter months due to lack of insulation. I stayed because of lower rents but it may have been worth it in the long run to pay the higher rents vs dealing with health challenges that arise from living in a older home (household allergies, seasonal mold and temperature fluctuations).

I am extremely happy with GE Matthews. Very professional and I don't feel like they are nickel and diming me. They get good tenants that take care of my place. I highly recommend then for anyone looking for a property manager.

I hired G.E Mathews to manage a rental property the tenant did not pay rent and We had to take the tenant to court however the way G.E Matthews filed the Court paperwork it states all monies are owed to G.E Matthews and not me the landlord. I have tried to get the ruling decision of the court so I can sue the tenant for the money owed. The court will not release any information to me because I am not even listed on the suit I AM THE LANDLORD AND PROPERTY OWNER!I have called G.E Matthews I was told their broker was going to call me back that was over a week ago. I am completely disappointed with the service. I’m the owner of the property that’s owed over $7000 in back rent that I can’t even collect without the permission of G.E Matthews who at this point has not given me the right to do
