I’m a responsible single mother who moved in 14 months ago with my 10 year old son. In that time I built a home at the Gateway for my family and I. Unfortunately management decided to renovate my unit and would not renew a lease to me, essentially leaving my son and I without a place to live. They did not offer me a similar unit to move into and were unwilling to work with me until another comparable unit opened up. Georgina and Dominique showed zero empathy, compassion, or kindness through this process. They did not seem at all concerned by losing a responsible tenant or making a family homeless after 14 short months. I would not recommend the Gateway to anyone with this current management team. Recently moved in to the Gateway Apartments and I couldn't be happier about the entire experience. Dominique was great through touring and lease signing! Apartment layout is great and the natural light is so nice. One maintenance issue so far and it was resolved within hours. So happy I chose the Gateway Apartments.

I love living at the gateway! I rented here two years ago and came back because I loved it so much. The location is great, it's pet friendly, the staff is friendly and welcoming, maintenance is great, it's beautifully well kept and has a lovely walking trail. Overall it is a very peaceful place to live and nice quiet community. Much better than living in one big building that doesn't feel "homey" and the people that live here are kind.

Delayed review, but my now husband and I lived here for two years and moved out September 2021. Overall, the apartments our fine. Not the newest but not the oldest, a good mid ground. We had a number of maintenance issues in our time there including 3 different leaks, broken door lock, and a broken thermostat. Amenities were okay, nothing to rave about. Again overall a fine place to live but not somewhere I'm going to be quick to suggest to others.

As you can see in all sites the positive reviews for this property go back to 2017. All recent reviews talk about the actual on-site manager, Georgina, she is so unprofessional and disrespectful. The tone of her voice and demeanor with the residents, you'll think she is the one paying your rent. The property is beautiful and very well kept, but I would stay away for as long as Georgina works there. If you rent here and happen to have an issue in your unit, she will make sure to give you a piece of her mind before the issue is even resolved. Georgina is so unique she requested to have a meeting with me to address my apartment issues but demanded I take off from work so we can meet within her work schedule. I was so excited to live in this property, but Georgina has ruined that for me. I
