Gateway at the Green Apartment Homes

We absolutely love living at Gateway! The way we have been cautiously cared for and thought of through such a long process was just amazing. We applied months in advance and finally, after many setbacks, our Manager Anisha made it happen! We love our community. Love all our amenities and kindness in our leasing office. We admire the work it has taken Anisha to get his community running all on her own. We all can use a little grace and Anisha has definitely earned our respect and grace towards her hard work! Our community is very private, warm and family oriented. If any new spaces open, Im sure anyone will be fortunate to get to be a part of this community. ❤️

This is a truly exceptional property. Everything is brand new, and the apartments offer a luxurious look and feel at an affordable price point. The staff has been incredibly helpful and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.

What a great community! From the cozy apartments to the immaculate landscape, everything shows that the staff truly cares. The property manager was so nice, helpful and patient in explaining everything thoroughly! We can't wait for move in day!!

This place lacks professionalism. I stopped by on July 1st to inquire about the property. The property manager (assuming) said that she would be right with us because she had someone in her office. After 15 minutes of waiting, my husband and I decided to just leave. The lady never even asked what we needed or gave us forms to fill out while waiting and when she saw us leaving, she didn’t even attempt to stop us. So the next day I return around 2pm and the office is closed, unexpectedly. I was greeted with this red sign outside of the office that said “RENT IS DUE”. I believe that is very unprofessional. Renters know that rent is due on the first and the 5th at the LATEST. To have a sign posted like this outside screams a lack of professionalism and decency. This message could have been pos

Gateway at the Green has been a great place to live. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home
