I wanted to recognize the work of the GCL maintenance team, particularly Ricardo and Adler. Their dedication to keeping our building in excellent condition makes a difference in my daily life here. What impresses is how quickly they respond whenever I submit a maintenance request. Ricardo's attention to detail ensures that jobs are done right the first time, while Adler's leadership has created a team that genuinely cares about us as residents. Beyond just fixing what's broken, they clearly focus on improving our overall quality of life in the building. Whether it's a routine issue or something more urgent, they treat every request I make with the same level of professionalism and care. When I do move I will miss them the most. Thank you both for everything you do!

Updated a video me coming home @ 5 am to drug abusers starting fire in front of the building. The flame was bigger before I could catch the video. have attached photos and videos of our first tenants meeting of everyone complaining about the the building. They just let go of Ray, the one guy who actually helped when situations happen. Poor building management, lack of security, homeless people strolling through, people selling drugs out the building, junkies hanging by front door, elevators always broke, stolen packages. Went up on my rent without notice After scheduling a meeting to catch up on my rent the and IGNORING MY EMAIL the building owner banged on my door aggressively & unexpectedly screaming and harassing me saying I’m being evicted me for unpaid rent that is protected by LA

Perfect, A healed & positive mind set here, therefore always count the little blessings in my life and tiniest positive things about this place instead of the negative ones, in order to stay in a positive vibration & frequency, also in order to attract better things. The positive things about this place outweigh the negative ones PERIOD💙that’s for sure, that’s all I have to say :) Love is stronger than anger and a broken negative mindset.

Stephen was awesome at explaining everythjng step by step in making the often confusing process of navigating portals simple and easy. The units are nice, the prperty management team as a whole have been a breath of fresh air from initial tour to lease signing. The process took roughly 2 business days to be done. Highly recommend giving the your business
