“THE WORST COMMUNITY EVER” I had an extremely disappointing experience leasing this apartment. From start to finish, the management was unprofessional and unresponsive. They were very quick to take my deposit, but once I moved in, it became almost impossible to get any issues addressed. Maintenance requests were either ignored or took weeks to resolve. When they did respond, the repairs were rushed and poorly done. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned before move-in, and several things were already broken. Communication is terrible — emails and calls go unanswered, and the staff often give vague or conflicting information. I’ve been a resident for a year and my experience has been really good. The office staff is amazing and I haven’t seen a high turnover in their office either, which says a lot about the company. The maintenance staff are always prompt with completing service request and that means a lot to me. Rudy, in maintenance, was with the complex when I started and he’s still there. He’s always nice, professional, and responds quickly to service requests. I highly recommend this complex is you like reasonable rent, a quiet complex, and friendly staff.

I want to thank Rudy from apartment maintenance who has been consistently excellent to work with. He’s always quick to respond to service tickets and follows through promptly, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Most recently, he went above and beyond by helping me install new light bulbs in my bathroom, something small, but it made a big difference. He is so professional, friendly, and efficient. Really appreciate his reliability and great service.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here so far. Everything has been great, and the maintenance team has been outstanding. All of my service requests have been addressed promptly. Most recently, when my kitchen sink garbage disposal had a leaking issue, Rudy( he was very friendly) from the maintenance team arrived the very next day and resolved it efficiently. Overall, it has been a very positive and enjoyable stay.

I’ve been living here for three years and I absolutely love it. The management is always so nice and friendly. The maintenance always get your work orders completed in a timely manner. This is an older property, but they keep it well kept and maintained. They also do events for the residence here. The Christmas party was awesome.
