Garden Gate Apartments

I love living here. These apartments are nice and quiet. No pests like roaches and bugs. They check the apartments regularly to make sure everything’s in working condition. The people are friendly. Mind their business but look out for each other. It’s easy to get help with stuff. The maintenance team is phenomenal. When you put in your request it’s handled almost the same day. In most cases it is the same day. Very spacious. I’m retiring soon, glad I found these apartments 🥰 update, I ended up moving out because of the constant noise of my upstairs neighbor. They put people with lil kids around 3-5 years old over my head 2x! I have been living here for over two years and i got to say it has been a great experience. The area is pretty quiet and has a good police presence, the maintenance is very prompt and professional and the office staff are very easy to talk to. I would recommend these apts to anyone looking.

I love my new apartment! It's everything I could ask for!! I love living here! Yvette is such a great manager, also the rest of the staff is always so welcoming!! Plus the maintenance staff is always on top of any requests I have!! I couldn't ask for a better place to live!! So happy I picked this place!!

Eddie and John have been phenomenal maintenance engineers. They are very professional and get the maintenance work orders completed in a very timely manner. They are easy to talk to and always answer all of my concerns. They both deserve a raise!

I was referred to this location by maintenance James. He was so nice and helpful. The leasing office is so patient and understanding. Maintenance keeps the location looking nice and come fix something when needed! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to apply here.
