The apartments here are very good for simple living. In my time living here I have yet to see any roaches, but we do have two buildings so I don't know. What I do know is that in the building I live in it's fairly quiet, the neighbors are nice, and we have no roaches. Few ants though.
The whole complex is infested with roaches and everytime you complain to the manager named Yolly, she gets so defensive. Now they are increasing the rent next month of $100 without taking care of the main problem. It is a pretty new complex but no action is being taken with ROACHES. Very unhealthy and unsanitary.
