THE WORST PLEACE TO LIVE AT….. RENT IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH…. You gotta pay to pay your rent which I find extremely insane, amenities are limited (more like NONE) we got two NEW chairs at the pool (wow) after years of having nothing, something is always wrong, I’ve had to fix my own water leaks and bathroom issues, I had a missing door for the first year I lived here, amount so many things that were wrong w this place at move in….. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Daniel is amazing, very quick with completing work orders and very good communication, Suzy in the office is on top of everything as well, I’m super happy here , thank you guys again for the amazing customer service.
I have recently moved here. I have lived here for over two months now, and I absolutely love it! The office staff is very kind and very responsive. Suzy and Nick get it done, when I need help or maintenance! The maintenance repairs are timely and properly fixed. They always keep me updated as to when repairs will be done, and ask permission to enter my home. This is a small neighborhood of about 60 units. It is a quiet, private, and safe neighborhood, surprising since it is off of River Rd, a relatively busy road. It is very easy to access the highway, and get to stores and midtown. My husband and I just signed our 3rd lease here at Galeria Del Rio. Management is amazing & so is maintenance. Our grounds are beautiful and the community is quiet. We absolutely love it here and will continue to recommend our friends to live here. Thank you Suzy for all you do. -The Wades
I have been renting at this complex for the past 13 months. I was not going to renew my lease but they brought in New Management and the complex improved dramatically, I noticed an improvement within two to three months. Nick is very accommodating, understanding and fast to fix a problem. Due to the new management and the improvement on the property, I decided to sign another lease.
