Have leased through this company for over two years and have never had any issues. They are very quick and responsive to any issues we’ve ever had and are very understanding if there’s ever a problem. They have a great staff at the leasing office and their maintenance cruise have always been quick to respond to maintenance calls no matter how severe would absolutely Recommend leasing through them.

Annie has been absolutely wonderful in helping my husband and I transfer from our 3 bedroom into a 1 bedroom after my adult children moved out. Knowing that we were struggling to pay the rent in the 3 bedroom she quickly found us a much cheaper 1 bedroom saving us $575 a month! Thank again Annie for all your help!

We absolutely LOVE our apartment. It's clean, very large and roomy for a very fair price. We can picture ourselves living here for a very long time. However, it hasn't been what we originally pictured as an easy rental experience. We filled out our original rental agreement and payed not only the end of our first month, but also a full extra month to get started. A day later, the management had lost the agreement and we were told we had to fill it out all over again, including our rental insurance info which then became complicated and they charged my credit card a year in advance. Also, in our rental agreement we were very excited to have washer AND dryer hookups so we no longer would need to travel to the laundry mat on my husband's one day off per week, paying extra money to launder

Been in the same apartment for three years now the building got sold in our second year living here and Galactic has been amazing since becoming the new realty company taking over their understanding kind and quick to fix problems. Like over this weekend, our water heater went on a Saturday night and Sunday morning we had a brand new water heater installed less than 24 hours later. The attention and care that these people have are amazing if you’re renting or even buying a house from I would 100% recommend them. They are compassionate and care about their tenants and buyers.
