Gabrielle Run

Im looking for a new home to live near Lakewood, Toms River, or Jackson, and my family and I are very excited with Gabrielle Run. Heidi, who showed us around, was a wonderful host, she is very nice persons, and Im currently working with Jael on the final details; she was very kind and professional. We looked at many places, but nowhere else made us feel as welcome as here. They have a really great team!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but as someone who always checks apartment reviews before applying, I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My partner and I applied to this property with high hopes. We submitted everything promptly, paid the required fees, and even scheduled an in-person tour , which was lovely. However, after nearly three weeks of waiting with no updates on our approval or lease, we were forced to withdraw our application. During that time, we received little to no communication, and despite multiple polite follow-ups expressing our growing concern with the lack of progress, we were met with vague responses and no accountability. I love living here! All my neighbors are so awesome and the staff at Gabrielle Run is top notch! Kim, Chris, Jeff and the entire staff always make sure that you have everything you need and are so responsive to any concerns or questions. They all make you feel like family!

My partner and I were really excited about this property, we toured in person, loved what we saw, and submitted our application and fees immediately. But after nearly three weeks, we received zero updates on our approval status or lease. We followed up multiple times and were met with vague, unhelpful responses. It was clear that there was no urgency or consideration for our time, and that we were just left hanging. What’s especially frustrating is that we passed up other apartment opportunities because we had our hearts set on this one. Other complexes got back to us within a few days. This place? Nothing... even after withdrawing our application, no apology, no explanation, and our request to refund the application fee (for a process that never even completed) was completely ignored. I

Heidi is the worst, the other office ladies and Chris is amazing but once Heidi came along it became unenjoyable and we rather pay to go to the beach than go to the pool. All she does is harass the residents and is on a power trip. Her behavior is disturbing and disgusting.
