I’ve been a resident at the Gables for five years. I love it. The Gables are very safe and a wonderful place to call home. The manager is very nice and hard-working. She handles any issues That comes up with no problem

If i could give it a zero, i wud. these guys came from florida last year and first thing upped the rent. ppl been there for decades left within the year. it dont matter what they do to the apartments or change the name nobody is not going to pay 850 and 950 to stay in WILLOW WOOD on the southside with that price for rent ,they will live on the better side of town towards lee county for that much dont take my word for it, just drive thru WILLOW WOOD. They're almost 20 empty apts. WILLOW WOOD r not luxury apartments and nobody going to pay luxury prices to stay there. I give these guys within 3-5 years before they either sell the property or turn it into a section 8 project. Greed is why almost half of those apartments is empty.
