After living at Dresden Place Apartments for many years, up until September 2024 my experience here was pleasant overall and the quality of life was good. Since September 2024, however, secondhand smoke from the apartment downstairs has been coming up into my unit. This is supposed to be a non-smoking building, and that is clearly stated in the lease. Despite this, Rudy has not enforced the lease regarding smoking. There are four witnesses here who are tenants. Two of them personally confirmed to the manager that they also smell smoke and that it disturbs them and enters their apartments. This is not an isolated complaint. ⭐️☆☆☆☆ My experience with Sarra at Fusion Property Management was beyond frustrating. After refusing to process my application without a valid reason, I was completely ignored for weeks. On top of that, they held my deposit for weeks, only to return the same money order I initially provided—still made out in their LLC’s name—instead of properly refunding me. The incompetence is unreal. This entire process felt unprofessional and discriminatory. I would never recommend working with them.
