Greenbrook Apartments

After being responsible and loyal tenants, we’ve hit our breaking point. This apartment complex is not smoke free. But to a point that all types of smokers (cigarette & marijuana) and acceptable. The walls are so thin the marijuana smoke gets stuck and ruins neighboring apartments. They’ve also started allowed pitbulls & German Shepard’s. If you are looking for family friendly - I’d suggest protecting your family from what this place has become.

5 star review for safety and in my opinion an overall solid 4 star review… rent a bit too much but it’s pretty worth it

Please dont let these 2 previous reviews fool you. Just be honest and real....why would someone ever write a google review or how great the apartment complex is! LOL Its their own people writing the review because no one stays here and they need to fill the vacant apts. i lived here for a month and the whole year was miserable. May God bless the lying, theiving, money hungry manager and her non stop staring “service” manager. I havent seen the guy do anything but stand in the parking lot and stare at everybody and anybody. So basically im not going into details people but this isnt a place to move into unless you seriously have no where to go. Like NO WHERE ELSE. Which was my situation and which was why i moved here. This place a huge rip off. I got bitten by a huge dog I reported to the manager and she didn't do nothing I didn't even get compensated by this violent attack. And yes I have proof I have a huge bite mark on my side back!!!
